Fixings

400g can chickpea, flushed and depleted

1 little red onion, generally cleaved

1 garlic clove, cleaved

bunch of level leaf parsley or wavy parsley

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

1⁄2 tsp harissa glue or bean stew powder

2 tbsp plain flour

2 tbsp sunflower oil

toasted pitta bread, to serve

200g tub tomato salsa, to serve

green plate of mixed greens, to serve

Technique

Deplete a 400g can chickpeas and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Tip into a nourishment processor alongside 1 little generally slashed red onion, 1 garlic clove, bunch of level leaf parsley, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, ½ tsp harissa glue or chillli powder, 2 tbsp plain flour and somewhat salt.

Mix until genuinely smooth, at that point shape into four patties with your hands.
